Initial Academy Application This allows a student to apply for membership in the Scottsdale Math and Science Academy. Students are able to select if they wish to be placed in the cohort group for their anticipated graduation year.
Commended Scholar and Distinction Program Application This online application allows students to apply for the Scottsdale Math and Science Academy Commended Scholar and Distinction Programs. Students are able to select a method of contact for meeting with the upperclassmen academy advisor who will assist them in the development of their program of study.
Student SMSA Google Information Site This link provides information, dates, and forms needed by academy student participants. The site can be accessed by current students with a gapps account with the Scottsdale Unified School District.
